Please note international customers are responsible for any and all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or duties required by their respective government. Please note we are unable to fulfill any request to declare your package for any value other than the total retail value of the goods.
Canceling and altering orders
Orders may be edited up to 30 minutes after being placed. After that time, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately if you wish to make a change on your order.
Due to the volume of orders Thenailspark receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be altered, changed, or canceled upon your request.
When will my order be shipped?
The handling of your order is dependent on the shipping method available to you. For some carriers, we have to wait for enough orders to fill a LTL pallet before we can send it to them for sorting. That can take 4-8 business days.
For all others, expect 1-2 days handling time. During holidays, sales and promotional events, and other special circumstances, orders may take an additional 2-4 business days to ship.
Restricted Shipping: We are currently unable to ship to military addresses containing APO, FPO or DPO.
How do I track my order?
Please visit our order tracking page for information on how to track your package. Depending on your shipping or pickup method, order tracking may be available on your order confirmation page.
After placing your order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified on your account.
How much will I pay for shipping?
All shipping costs are based on the approximate weight and size of the products ordered, and your location. You can see rates and choose your preferred option before checking out. We do not charge for "handling." All shipping costs are directly from USPS, we do not add additional charges.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
Safe delivery guarantee
We guarantee that your Giant Vapes order will arrive intact and undamaged. If your shipment or an item in your shipment arrives damaged, just email a photo of the package and damaged item along with a detailed description of the damage to [email protected], and we'll make it right.
All damaged shipment reports must be received via email within 48 hours of the delivery scan.
Pre-Orders
Some products may be purchased as a pre-order with an estimated date of receipt of stock given to you before your order. The estimated date given at time of order is subject to change, as it is only an estimate given to Thenailspark by a third party manufacturer.
Orders of this kind will be shipped within 3 business days of receipt of the items by Thenailspark from the item manufacturer.
If our orders exceed our current capacity and prevent us from meeting this 3 business day turnaround, we will update the content of this section of our site accordingly.
